Charu Modi is the Executive Director of Godfrey Phillips India Ltd.

Atul Kumar Gupta, a retired IAS officer, served as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh from 2008 to 2011. He also chaired the 4th State Finance Commission of Uttar Pradesh from 2011 to 2014 and previously held positions as Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner and Principal Secretary to the State Government before becoming the Chief Secretary. He holds an M.Sc. in Physics from Allahabad University and a Master’s in Social Sciences (Development Administration) from the University of Birmingham, U.K.

Subramanian Lakshminarayanan, a retired IAS officer, holds a Master’s degree in chemistry and a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Social and Economic Studies from the University of Manchester, UK. He served in senior positions across the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and various departments of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, including Tourism, Culture and Public Relations, Mines, Mineral Resources, Revenue, and Relief and Rehabilitation. His final government role was as Secretary of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. Additionally, he served as Vice Chairman of UNESCO’s Communication Development Programme in Paris for five years and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Foro De Federaciones, Mexico, in March 2008. Further, he is a Director in Cartrade Tech Limited, Elcom Innovations Private Limited, Elcom Systems Private Limited and Shriram Automall India Limited.
Ajay Vohra is a qualified chartered accountant and lawyer with over four decades of experience in domestic and international tax law. As a leading arguing counsel before Tax Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court, he has significantly contributed to the country's tax jurisprudence. Ajay Vohra has been inducted into The Legal 500's Hall of Fame for Asia Pacific and has held key positions, including Chairman of the International Fiscal Association, India, the Direct Taxes Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Vice Chair of the Tax Law Committee of the International Pacific Bar Association.
Avtar Singh Monga is a Banking & Financial Services Industry veteran with over 40 years of proven track record building global enterprises at the leadership positions both for India as well as Global level. He setup Bank of America’s Global Capability Centre BA Continuum in multiple countries and served as its Managing Director for almost a decade. He has also been part of GE Capital India Management Team where he spearheaded SBI Card JV as well as transport Financial Services as CEO. More recently, he was Chief Operating Officer and Head Retail Bank with IDFC First Bank. He was tasked to build a ground up technology led bank with a highly differentiated customer service.
Mr. Monga is passionate about building leadership and has been mentoring several successful industry leaders as well as advising few global and local start-ups. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Directors.
